All watch orders placed on this website will be shipped
free of charge.
Will
I get charged sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically added to orders billed to
residences in California. After entering your billing
and shipping information, you will be given an opporunity
to view your total purchase before entering your Credit
Card information.
What
forms of payment are accepted?
MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover Card
are accepted, as well as Money Orders, Cashier's Checks,
and Personal Checks.
If you plan on purchasing with Money Orders or Personal
Checks, please be aware that orders will be held for
21 days as the check clears. Please call or send us
a list of what you plan to order to our store.
How long should the battery in my watch last?
All batteries replaced by us should last at least
a year or more. Anything less than that most likely
means that your watch may have a movement problem and
a servicing will be needed.
How
often should I service my watch?
Mechanical dress watches require servicing every
18 months to 2 years. Other mechanical watches between
2 to 3 years Quartz watches should be serviced every
2 to 3 years.
How
long will it take to repair my watch?
Most battery replacements can be done on the
spot and you would only have to wait 5-10 minutes. Other
minor repairs may take a couple days, and most servicings
will be repaired in 2-3 weeks. We make sure that you
get your watch back quickly and with quality.
